Traditional lineage classes are under the direction of Master Eric Sbarge, who trained at the American Center for Chinese Studies (A.C.C.S.). See for yourself why we were named "Best Martial Arts" by Charlotte's Best magazine.

Children's Martial Arts Classes

Our kids program is one of the finest children's martial arts programs anywhere in the country. Self-defense skills are a mere side benefit to the life skills your child will acquire here: Confidence, great health and fitness, focus and concentration, improved academic success, respect and discipline, and a caring and compassionate nature. For kids aged three and up.

After School Martial Arts Program with Transportation

The cornerstone of our After School program is our top-quality martial arts classes, taught every day, plus a character-development curriculum. Our classes are separated by age group and experience level, so your child can progress at his or her optimal level based on developmental stages of growth. Includes free transportation from many elementary and middle schools in the Steele Creek, Lake Wylie and Ft. Mill areas. The program is open to all children ages 5-13.
