An important introductory message from Master Eric Sbarge:

Your current level of fitness is the collective result of your previous actions. Your actions are the result of your thoughts. When you change your thoughts you will change your actions, and with the right actions you can steadily lose weight and become healthy and fit. At this boot camp you will learn how to change and improve your thoughts, which will lead to the right actions.

If you are like many people, you have unwittingly created many negative thought patterns which have become habitual. Your negative mental habits lead to destructive actions which negatively impact your weight and fitness. Negative habits can be changed into positive ones with proper guidance, coaching and your dedication and commitment.

If you only try to change your actions without first changing your thoughts and mindset, you will likely feel that you are depriving yourself and you won't be at peace with these changes. Sooner rather than later you will revert back to your previous habits and actions. But if you change your mindset and way of thinking, you will be surprised at how willing and happy you are to permanently make these changes in your actions and you'll feel richer and happier inside— and not deprived at all.

Some of the negative actions that you are likely to need to change in order to lose weight and become healthy and fit include:

  • Eating excessive portions of food
  • Eating and snacking too frequently
  • Eating to fulfill mental cravings rather than to nourish the body
  • Eating excessive junk food instead of choosing energizing wholesome foods
  • Eating when you are not hungry
  • Obsessing over eating and dieting (you can remove the thought of dieting from your mind!)
  • Avoiding physical exercise and activity
  • Failing to budget your time to enjoy daily physical activity
  • Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol or taking illicit drugs
  • Relying too much on prescription or over-the-counter medications
  • Watching too much TV
  • Spending too much time in the virtual world rather than the exciting real world

Though you likely must change any number of the above habits, please do not try to force a radical or extreme pace of change. Instead make these changes gradually and steadily—we will discuss how to effectively make steady changes and improvements at your weekly seminars.

I look forward to working with you each week in your seminars, and watching as you successfully make these positive changes and achieve your fitness and weight-loss goals!

Yours truly,

Master Eric Sbarge
