Leadership students enjoy a total of two extra hours of intensive training per month. |

Beyond our regular curriculum, students will enjoy fun and motivating training in ground grappling, advanced weapons, and special forms. |

Your child will learn important secrets and skills of persuasion, leadership and success directly from Master Sbarge. These one-hour seminars are held the first Saturday of each month starting at 1:30pm. |
| • | Hands-On leadership experience
Your child will actually implement and practice the leadership skills learned in the seminars by promotion to an Assistant to the Instructor in our children's martial arts program. Once the purple sash is earned,
your child will be assigned a martial arts class to assist in. |

As your child assists our professional instructors in one of our regular martial arts classes, the instructor will provide guidance, mentoring and constructive feedback on your
child's teaching skills and leadership performance. |
