The Peaceful Dragon Cultural Center is dedicated to preserving and passing on the best of Asian culture. Our Saturday night lecture series, offered the first and third Saturday of each month, is free and open to the public. Experts on traditional Asian cultural and health arts are sharing their time and knowledge in the hope that you will come and discover the beauty and wisdom of traditional Asian culture. Enjoy a delicious dinner or gourmet tea before, during, or after the lectures!

Buddhism and Psychotherapy: A Mental Development Approach

Phra Achan has been studying Buddhist meditation for over 28 years and is an ordained Buddhist Monk with a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
