The Peaceful Dragon offers much more than Yoga Classes in Charlotte. We focus heavily on the mind and body connection found in authentic Yoga practice.

At The Peaceful Dragon, we only teach one kind of Yoga: Unity Yoga. It is one of the most comprehensive yoga styles, blending Indian and Himalayan yoga for a balance of mind and body focus. Our yoga curriculum features dedicated teachers who will teach you about the history, philosophy, and principles of yoga along with the physical postures and breathing techniques.

Guests of our students and teachers are welcome at our daily classes, monthly seminars, quarterly workshops and teacher trainings. As a guest please check in at our front service counter and let us know who you’re a guest of.

Guest fees:
Classes – $20 ($15 for yoga teachers)
Special Double-Mat Mandala Class – $25
Monthly two-hours seminars – $29
