The Peaceful Dragon’s tai chi and yoga offerings will help you still your mind with movement. When we still our bodies for Zen meditation, we might find it difficult to maintain meditative focus. Yoga and tai chi are fantastic vehicles for attaining deep meditation by simply requiring intense focus on proper movements. While seated meditation is a deeper experience, the moving meditation of yoga and tai chi can help you achieve better Zen or Transcendental meditation practices.

At The Peaceful Dragon, we strongly encourage our students to maintain a healthy mind-body-spirit connection outside our Charlotte martial arts studio. We also encourage tai chi, yoga, and meditation practices outside of our school. These practices are easily taken home with our students, and they can be continued anywhere they travel.
