Tai Chi Weekly Curriculum Guides

This guide is designed to help both instructors and students know which aspect of the Curriculum should be covered during class. Specific content for each category changes monthly via the Block Rotations Chart for the correct month’s content. Additional curriculum material may be added at the instructor’s discretion.

All students should attend each style they are studying (shaolin or tai chi) a minimum of twice per week to ensure complete coverage of the curriculum.

For Tai Chi (Weekly) Curriculum Guide, “A” days include Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; “B” days include Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Note: Week one starts on the first of each month, regardless of day of the week. Week five includes any days after the 28th of the month.
